The Jolly Farmer Housewarming
Get ready to jump into bales of fun at The Jolly Farmer’s housewarming party celebrating our gorgeous transformation and reopening. We’ve got a whole week’s worth of events to introduce you all to our new look, starting with our official grand opening on the 17th where you can dance the night away in style with our live band from 4.30-6.30pm. We can’t wait to sow the seeds with our community and keep your eyes peeled for some extra surprises on the day…
What’s more, dine with us in our first week to bag yourself a free glass of welcome fizz as well as the chance to be entered into a competition to win an overnight stay* with us! Not only this, we’ll be giving away some of our infamous cheese soufflé’s to the first 50 who join us when we reopen!
Here’s the schedule for the week:
Official grand opening – Friday 17th May!
Join us to celebrate the reopening and our gorgeous new look, with a live band from 4.30-6.30pm.
Paws in the Pub – Sunday 19th May, 9am
Calling all dogs and dog lovers! Join us at 9am for a complimentary coffee, croissant and to pick up your limited edition dog bandana! Mix and mingle with fellow dog lovers and at 9.15am we’ll head off together on a dog walk led by our very own general manager Rory.
The walk will end up back at the pub by 11am for well-deserved complimentary fizz and nibbles. We’ll then be joined by renowned dog author, Lottie Gross, who will be signing copies of her latest book “365 things to do with your dog”.
We’ve got prizes for the best dressed dog around The Jolly Farmer theme and a few more opportunities for your pooch to be crowned star of the day – check out our website News & Events for more info. Lottie will be available for all your dog travel related questions and you can take part in our “pup quiz” for the chance to win a £100 gift voucher. Book your table to join us for lunch!
Meet the Micropigs – Monday 20th May, 4-6pm
Pet, play and groom our extra special micropig guests, courtesy of Kew Little Pigs Farm. The perfect pig-ture opportunity… What’s more – Kids Eat Free all day so no need to raid the piggy bank*.
Quiz Night Tuesday – 21st May, 7pm
Join us from 7pm for our very first weekly pub quiz and your chance to win some delicious prizes!
